LIBRARY RULES

• Library opens at 7.30 am – 4.00 pm.
• Keep your shoes and bag properly in the shelves outside the library.
• Students must follow the procedure when borrowing books/material from the library.
• Do not take any book or other library material out of the library without following the borrowing procedures.
• All books and periodicals must be returned to the shelves after use.
• Make sure to return the borrowed items before the due date.
• Students are required to replace any damages book on their own expense.
• Handle all books with care and respect.
• Food and drink are not allowed in the library.
• Using of mobile phone is prohibited.

Your cooperation is necessary to provide a condusive reading environment.

LIBRARY PROCEDURES

When borrowing books students should be able to:

• Borrow 2 books at a time.
• Due date 1 week can be extension 1 week after.
• Present the books to the librarian.
• Student can only borrow after returning their borrowed items.
• Return the books on or before the due date.
• Replace damage or lost books.

HBL SITUATION

• All students borrow the books by online.
• Request for borrow can use by phone or email.
• Borrow 2 books at a time.
• Due date for borrow is 2 week and be extension 2 week after.
• The books will be sending by school messenger.
• Students are handling all books with care and respect.
• When return the books can use home driver or darling.
• Replace damage or lost books.
